As I look at my demographics it looks as though the majority of people who are looking at my site are from the age of 18-24 and split almost in half between male and female. This makes sense because those are the the demographics of the majority of my friends that I invited to like the page. Something that did surprise me though was that I had some liking the page from places in South America. I do not know anyone in those countries. I can only assume it is friends of friends. Overall there are more likes from females over males, not by much however. I am not able to compare much to my baseline because I had no insights.
Only recently my page views have gone up. Before I tried inviting my friends via Ence Pool Service page and I did not get many results of people visiting the page. Lately I have been putting it as my status to go on to the page and asking my friends to do the same. This is something that has helped tremendously to get more viewership on the the pages, however the majority seem to just like the page and move on.
I did not reach my goal of 100 likes, however, since i now understand better ways to get then information out there I think that I could get it there in the next couple of weeks.

Self Evaluation
I think I could have done better with updating the information on the page then I did. However it was difficult to do this page for Brady's pool business since it just started and not much has been going on with it. I think that when spring comes around and people want to get their pools back in shape for summer it will be easier to post more regularly. Also Brady is still working out all his pricing so it is difficult to say there are specials when he is unsure still how much he will be charging in general.
I am glad that I was able to figure out that the best way is not to invite via the Facebook page but to do it through your own personal Facebook page. I think people are more receptive when it comes from a personal page than from a business page. It surprised me how many more people would like the page when it came from my own personal page or that of my friends.
Some things I would have done differently is post more on the page as well as on my personal page to get more traffic onto the page. Also if there was money to invest I would have liked to buy an ad to help direct traffic to the page.

Occupy Wall Street
The middle class has always been considered the working class of America. This percentage of America is what occupies the majority of jobs and helps keep the economy rolling. The 1% of Americans that make the millions and billions of dollars however, are the ones that are not having to pay as much in taxes and help the economy keep going. In a country in financial crisis it is that 1% that could make a change. They should not be paying less, but be paying more to help their country.
The Occupy movement is that movement to help keep the middle class together and have the 1% pull their weight. The physical context started on Wall Street in New York City however, it has spread throughout the United States. They are using Facebook to get people organized. They are many and are organized thanks to social media. It is amazing to me as I have been watching what they post and the number of people who like and comment on the posts. Some posts have over a thousand likes in just minutes. That is some amazing power that social media has given to the 99%. They post where they will be protesting and when and thousands of people are commenting immediately saying that they will be there. If it was not for social media it would be next to impossible to organize thousands of people in a matter of minutes.
The social aspect of the movement is apparent on Facebook you can see the interaction that they have with the people who support their movement. It is awesome to watch this happen. Through Facebook they are able to get immediate feedback from people who are directly involved in the movement. They are also able to know what is going immediately around the world. Many people have become citizen journalists by posting on the Facebook page what is going on right then. The information given via Facebook helps us know what the participants are going through.
There is also so much psychological context in this movement as well. The movement touches all those that are involved on such a personal level. Many of the people involved are your average working citizens just trying to make the future fair and bright for their children. They want to be heard and want what they believe to be fair. I think that what they are doing is something that many have been talking about, but have not tried to do anything about it.
It is also interesting when you read different articles from different cities about the movement you can tell the how each city is united however, they are different according to the culture of that city. When you look at articles written about the the Occupy Salt Lake and Occupy New York there is a difference in the way the people present their selves because of the obvious culture differences. Many of the people in the Occupy Salt Lake movement are much more conservative and non-violent compared to the Occupy Wall Street participants.
The movement is constantly uploading photos and videos to make sure that everyone is informed as to what is going on immediately. They have their own youtube channel in order for this to happen and be accessible on all devices. The movement was something that started out something small in New York City and thanks to social media it has become a huge movement all over the United States. The youtube videos help people feel what is going on and if they feel the same as these people it helps them to get involved.
The Occupy movement has become something now that the government can not just ignore thanks to social media they have become a force to recognize and hear out. It has now not only impacted the whole United States but has moved to impact the world. Many countries have now started their own Occupy movements. Many of the movements can be seen on the youtube channel.
I think that the movement is something that needs to happen. I agree with a lot of their arguments. It is not fair that the 99% of America is paying for more than the 1% of the wealthy. It is only making the rich richer and dissolving the working middle class. The movement has done extremely well reaching out to people through social media. Because so many people have smart phones today they are able to find out what is happening and how they can help instantly. This movement is still evolving and we can keep up with the movement via Facebook, Twitter or youtube. Social media has now evolved from being a way to contact friends and family to being a way to change the world.

AD
I decided to make my ad partially based on my mission statement so that they see something familiar after the ad to our page.
"Stop worrying about maintaining your pool and let Ence Pool Service do the dirty work. Make memories not frustrations."

Plan
My plan for the facebook page is to get over 50 likes. My friend Brady Ence is starting up this business and needs his name out there. I am going to request to all my friends as well as all of Brady's friends. The biggest thing that I will be focusing on is local residents of St. George. Also I want to focus on the quality of the work that he does.
Our Mission
Ence Pool Service maintains your backyard paradise, so that you can concentrate on the memories that are made in your pool. You can stop worrying about maintaining a pool and jump in with your friends and family. Make memories not frustrations.
I have requested the page to many friends, however, many have not responded. I believe that one more thing that will help the page get more likes is by word of mouth and text messages. For some reason people feel more comfortable when they get a text or call from someone they know. This is something I believe I will need to do in order for the page to get out there more. I will also make it as my status to like the page and ask my friends to do the same as their status.
Something that I will be doing this weekend to make my page more compelling is taking more photos. I think that pictures can say a thousand words. I tried to take some for the photo slide on top, but that did not work out. I am going to take photos of different people enjoying the pool at the same part of the pool so that it will flow when it is on top of the page. It will show how different people are enjoying the clean pool and how they too can enjoy their clean pool with Ence Pool Service.
I want to keep it updated throughout the semester and if Brady wants me to continue to update I will. I also made him an administrator so if there is something that he wants to get out there fast he can do that.
Persona #1 Troy Ence was not maintaing his salt generator for his pool. He called Ence Pool Service who acid washed the generator so that it would work properly and provided Troy with a clean pool experience.
Persona #2 Quintin's pool was growing algae all over the bottom of the pool. He was having a party the next day. He called Ence Pool Service and they quickly arrived and cleaned up teh algae and also provided preventive chemicals. Quintin was able to have his family over in a clear blue pool instead of a green muggy pool.
Persona #3 Every Easter the Morgan's have a large family party. Two days before the party a large rain storm hits St. George and large amounts of debris and red sand was blown into the pool and hot tub. They called Ence Pool Service and they were able to get the pool and hot tub back to the beautiful blue the family loves it to be.
